Fall 2026 Tucson Job Fairs Guide

Editor's note (September 30, 2026): Correction: the November 4 UA Health Professions Fair ends at 1:00 p.m., not 2:00 p.m. The University of Arizona's Center for Career Readiness now lists the October 6–7 STEM Career Fair at Casino Del Sol Stadium on day one and Bear Down Gym on day two, not the Student Union; some UA college pages still show the Student Union, so confirm the day two venue before you go.

TUCSON, AZ — Fall is the busiest hiring stretch on the Tucson calendar, and this year's schedule keeps growing. Since this guide first went up in late August, more than a dozen new hiring events have been confirmed, and the biggest open-door fair of the season is now on the books: the Pima County One-Stop Community Job Fair on October 6, with up to 50 employers under one roof.

Ten events are still ahead as of October 4, running through November 4. Here they are in order, followed by a recap of every event already held this fall.

Brighter View Foundation Hiring Event — Monday, October 5

11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | DES East Tucson Office (ARIZONA@WORK), 1455 N. Alvernon Way

This Arizona nonprofit, which works with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, is hiring Direct Support Professionals, Direct Care Workers and Job Coaches. Register ahead through the organizer's online form. Pay isn't listed. Brighter View's flyer for a follow-up event asks for a high school diploma or GED, three references reachable by phone, a valid Arizona driver license and an insured vehicle, and a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card before your first shift. Can't make Monday? Brighter View returns Tuesday, October 13, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Goodwill Career Center, 3725 E. Fort Lowell Rd.

Pima County One-Stop Community Job Fair — Tuesday, October 6

1:00 – 4:00 p.m. | Kino Event Center, 2805 E. Ajo Way

The season's biggest open-to-everyone fair. ARIZONA@WORK Pima County One-Stop is bringing up to 50 employers across ten industries: healthcare, aviation, construction, food industry, manufacturing, education, transportation, call centers, government and warehouses. County officials have said employers at past editions interviewed on the floor and made same-day offers, so bring printed resumes and come dressed for success. The full employer roster has not been published yet, though UniSea's own recruiting calendar lists it at this fair.

UA STEM Career Fair — Tuesday and Wednesday, October 6–7

Oct 6: starts 11:00 a.m., Casino Del Sol Stadium, 565 N. Cherry Ave. | Oct 7: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Bear Down Gym

One of the largest fairs the university runs. Day one emphasizes computer science, engineering, defense, advanced manufacturing, automation, semiconductors, optics, infrastructure and applied technology. Day two emphasizes the sciences. One registration covers both days. Note the two venues: day one is at Casino Del Sol Stadium and day two is at Bear Down Gym, not the Student Union listed in earlier versions of this guide. Some UA college pages still show the Student Union for both days, so check the Center for Career Readiness career fairs page before you head over on October 7. The university also gives two end times for day one: its fairs page says 3:00 p.m., while the event page says 2:00 p.m., so plan to arrive well before 2:00. Non-STEM majors should note that these employers also hire for business, finance, HR and program management roles.

UniSea Recruiting Event — Wednesday, October 7

9:00 a.m. – noon | Pima County One-Stop Kino Service Center, 2797 E. Ajo Way

Read the fine print: these jobs are in Alaska and Washington, not Tucson. UniSea is recruiting seasonal seafood processors, a fillet maintenance supervisor and a front desk clerk for its Dutch Harbor plant, plus QA and facilities maintenance techs for Redmond, Washington. Its current processor posting lists $17 an hour and $25.50 overtime on a six-month contract of up to 12-hour days, six days a week, with housing and meals for $15 a day. You pay your own way to Seattle or Anchorage. Applicants must be 18 or older with U.S. work authorization and pass a drug screen that includes marijuana. Note the building: this is the Kino Service Center at 2797, which county flyers call the Kino Resource Center, next door to the Kino Event Center.

Bass Pro Shops Hiring Event — Wednesday and Thursday, October 7–8

10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. both days | Bass Pro Shops, 1500 E. Tucson Marketplace Blvd.

Tucson's Bass Pro store at the Marketplace at the Bridges, just off I-10 on the south side, is heading into its first holiday season and holding on-site interviews for seasonal, part-time and full-time Outfitter jobs, including Santa's Wonderland roles. It's part of a national hiring event at every Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's store. Apply online first if you can; walk-ins are welcome. Bass Pro doesn't post pay for these roles, but the store is inside Tucson city limits, so the city's 2026 minimum of $15.45 an hour is the floor.

Alorica Hiring Event — Thursday, October 8

10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | Goodwill Career Center, 3725 E. Fort Lowell Rd.

The longtime Tucson call center employer is filling full-time, on-site customer support jobs at its contact center on South Research Loop. Alorica's own Tucson posting lists $17 an hour plus a $1,000 new-hire bonus. The conditions are firm: you must be 18 or older, live within 25 miles of the Research Loop site, have a working smartphone and have at least six months of work history in the last 12 months. Bring your resume, diploma or GED information, two forms of ID and references.

AccentCare Recruiting Event — Monday, October 12

10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. | Pima County One-Stop Kino Service Center, 2797 E. Ajo Way

AccentCare is hiring in-home caregivers, no experience necessary. You'll need to pass a national background check and Arizona's APS/CPS check, and have your own transportation. A September AccentCare job order filed with the county listed $17 an hour for experienced caregivers, with full- and part-time schedules, and said the required DCW certificate can be earned in paid training. Same building as UniSea: the Kino Service Center at 2797, not the Event Center next door.

UA Internship & Research Fair — Thursday, October 22

Noon – 3:00 p.m. | Bear Down Building, University of Arizona

Organizations recruiting students for internships and undergraduate research across all majors. Worth knowing: employers typically recruit six to eight months ahead of a start date, so October is when summer internships actually get filled.

DREAM Job Fair — Tuesday, October 27

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Kino Event Center, 2805 E. Ajo Way

Southern Arizona's largest job fair for people with disabilities, held during Disability & Rehabilitation Employment Awareness Month. Free, open to people of all ages with any disability, and family, caregivers or guardians are welcome. Organized by a coalition including Goodwill of Southern Arizona, the Beacon Group, SAAVI, UCP of Southern Arizona, DES and Pima County One-Stop, which means service providers are in the room alongside employers. Register at dreamjobfair.org or call 520-306-0648. One heads-up on timing: the organizers list a 9:00 a.m. start, while Pima County's events calendar shows 10:00 a.m. to noon. Confirm the start time when you register.

UA Health Professions Fair — Wednesday, November 4

11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. | Health Sciences Innovation Building, 1670 E. Drachman St.

For students interested in healthcare careers or in working for healthcare organizations. Presented with Women in Medicine and Science and the Colleges of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Sciences, Nutritional Sciences and Wellness, and Veterinary Medicine.

🔎 How to Pick the Right Ones

Nobody needs to attend all ten. Sort yourself quickly:

Caregivers and disability support workers: October 5 with Brighter View for DSP and job coach roles, or October 12 with AccentCare for in-home caregiving with no experience needed.
Willing to leave Tucson for a season: October 7 with UniSea, for six-month seafood processing contracts in Dutch Harbor, Alaska. You cover the trip to Seattle or Anchorage.
Retail and holiday seasonal workers: October 7 or 8 at Bass Pro Shops. Apply online first, then walk in for an interview.
Customer service and anyone who wants a desk job without a degree: October 8 with Alorica, if you meet its age, distance and work-history conditions.
Not sure what you want, or open to several fields: October 6 at the Kino Event Center. Up to 50 employers beats any single-company event for range.
UA students: October 6–7 if you are technical, October 22 for summer internships, November 4 for healthcare.
Job seekers with disabilities: October 27. It is the best-aimed room in Tucson all year.

Fall is when Tucson does its heaviest hiring: resorts and restaurants staff up for the winter visitor season, carriers and distribution centers build peak-season crews, school districts backfill, and any business opening before the holidays finishes its team. Are Tucson job fairs free?

None of the events on this list lists an admission fee for job seekers. Some require advance registration, like the campus fairs and the DREAM Job Fair, and that registration is free.

Do I have to be a UA student to attend the campus fairs?

Yes. The fairs at Casino Del Sol Stadium, Bear Down Gym, the Bear Down Building and the Health Sciences Innovation Building are for University of Arizona students and recent graduates, and check-in uses a CatCard. The Pima County, Bass Pro Shops and DREAM events are open to the public, and the Alorica, Brighter View, UniSea and AccentCare events are open to job seekers who meet each employer's requirements.

Two events are both on October 6. Which one is mine?

The UA STEM Career Fair is at Casino Del Sol Stadium on campus and is for students. The Pima County Community Job Fair is at the Kino Event Center on Ajo Way and open to everyone.

What should I wear?

Business or business casual is the safe default everywhere on this list. The campus fairs specifically recommend professional attire, and the county's flyer for October 6 says to come dressed for success.

Will more events be added?

Almost certainly. ARIZONA@WORK Pima County adds hiring events to its calendar weekly, and employers announce walk-in events with only a week or two of notice. We update this guide as new dates are confirmed.
