Job postings and applications may be retained for record-keeping purposes even after your account is closed, but will be anonymized where possible.

Send an email to contact@tucsonhired.com with the subject line "Delete My Data" and include:

  • Email address associated with your account
  • Account type (Job Seeker or Employer)
  • Any additional details that will help us identify your account

Self-Service Account Deletion (Coming Soon)

We are currently developing a self-service account deletion feature. Once available, you will be able to:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Navigate to Profile Settings or Account Settings
  3. Click the "Delete Account" button
  4. Confirm your deletion request

What Happens After You Request Deletion

Once we receive your deletion request:

  • Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email within 24-48 hours acknowledging your request
  • Processing Time: Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your request
  • What Gets Deleted: Your account credentials, profile information, resume, applications, and any personal data associated with your account
  • What May Be Retained: We may retain certain information for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes, such as anonymized analytics data or transaction records required for tax purposes
  • Facebook Data: If you used Facebook Login or were tracked via Facebook Pixel, we will delete all associated data from our systems

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again.
