📅 Event Details
The fair runs across two sessions at the Fairfield by Marriott on North Oracle Road, giving you a couple of different windows to fit it into your schedule:
- Friday, August 7: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Saturday, August 8: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
It's free and open to the public, and no reservation is needed. Mountainside says it's looking for energetic, service-minded people who care about health, fitness, and creating a great experience for members. If that's you, just stop in. Questions about the venue can go to (520) 202-4000.
💪 Who's Hiring and for What
This fair is about building an entire club team from scratch, so the roles run from entry-level to leadership. Expect the company to be recruiting for positions like:
- Personal trainers
- Group fitness instructors (yoga, Pilates, barre, cycle, strength, and more)
- Front desk attendants
- Membership sales advisors
- Kids Club childcare staff
- Cafe, housekeeping, and club management roles
Because the club sits in Oro Valley, outside Tucson city limits, pay tracks Arizona's $15.15 state minimum rather than Tucson's higher city rate, with trainers and instructors earning more. We break down the roles and pay in our full Mountainside Fitness Tucson jobs guide.
🎯 How to Stand Out at the Fair
- Bring several resumes. Two days means two shots, and you may talk to more than one manager.
- Dress a notch up. Clean and put-together reads as serious, even for a gym role.
- Know the role you want. Walking in able to say "I'm a certified instructor" or "I want front desk" beats "what've you got."
- Lead with energy. Mountainside is hiring for a service mindset as much as a skill set. Show it in the first thirty seconds.
- Ask for a card and follow up within a day with a short, specific note.
