The annual DREAM Job Fair(Disability, Rehabilitation, Employment, Awareness, Month) is returning to Tucson on Tuesday, March 24th, 2026, bringing together more than 35 of the region's top employers with hundreds of job seekers from across Southern Arizona. The event will be held in-person at the Kino Event Center at Kino North Complex, located at 2805 E. Ajo Way, Tucson, Arizona 85713, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

This comprehensive hiring event serves as one of the largest employment outreach opportunities in the Tucson area, connecting employers directly with qualified candidates seeking meaningful employment opportunities. The DREAM Job Fair is designed to help job seekers with disabilities discover their career options and connect with hiring managers ready to discuss open positions and collect resumes on the spot.

Participating Employers

More than 35 employers will be represented at the fair, offering diverse opportunities across multiple industries. Major participating employers include Walmart, Eegee's, Habitat for Humanity, Tucson Unified School District, Pima County, and Pima Community College.
